The living area includes a table and chairs, an open-plan kitchen with a separate dining table and chairs, and a sofa corner.

One of the two separate bedrooms has a double bed. The other one has 2 single beds.
On demand, the convertible sofa in the living area makes the fifth accommodation.
All windows have double glazing.
The walls are from natural stone and provide a particularly cosy dwelling climate.

The living area has a big air conditioning unit. The two bedrooms each have an individual smaller air conditioning unit.
Each unit can be switched to heating mode in winter time, or during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
In the bathroom there is a whirlpool.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
